
"Clams Rockefeller"
for Valentine's Day
Serving size: 4 pax.
Ingredients:
80 gr butter
2 garlic cloves, minced – no sprout
500 chopped washed fresh spinach
24 clams in half-shells
1/3 cup stale breadcrumbs
1. Saute garlic and spinach in butter, on low, approximately 3 minutes
2. Place clams in an oven pan

Top each clam with the spinach mix
4.
Sprinke with the breadcrumbs
5. Spread a little butter on top
6. Put under a hot grill, until golden brown on top
