Sandwich Production
Our brief: To produce the best range of sandwiches possible within a particular target price, with an estimated production of 1,500 sandwiches per day. Our brief is broken down as follows
Make the recipes and test them on sample shoppers
Find the best ingredients and breads
To cost the recipes to ensure they are in line with budget
Supervise the production of the final sandwiches
Follow up in the individual outlets - for customer satisfaction reports
Provide the company with monthly reports of sales per sandwich - and our recommendations for action.
EU project in the Crimea
We were asked to take part in an EU TACIS project for Hotel and Tourism developement in the Crimea at Yalta - with particular regard to Food and Beverage service. This programme culminated in the setting up of the Crimean Tourist Development Authority. |
