FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSULTANCY WITH THE EUROPEAN UNION TACIS PROGRAM AT YALTA 
The under-developed nature of tourism in this area required a fundamental restructuring of resources, as Food and Beverage consultants we  stressed the need for the integration of the local Culinary Heritage with the needs of the mass tourist market.

RUNNING A CRUISE SHIP IN CHINA​We were hired as Hotel Consultants in China: The brief was to upgrade the cruise ship Hainan Empress to luxury status for VVIP guests. This involved hiring the crew, buying all the operating equipment, engaging a Michelin starred Chef together with his brigade, writing the menus and sourcing the best ingredients.
We remained on board to co-ordinate the cruises with the hotel manager and department heads.
THE FOUGARO AT NAFPLION
​We undertook the concept, implementation and running of the Fougaro Food and Beverage operation in Nafplion, Greece.  Fougaro is a cultural centre with Café, Bar, Restaurant and Catering facilities, as an addition to the Cultural Centre activities. Opened in September 2012.
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF BARS IN ATTIKA
We have undertaken the design implementation and running of, The Bars at the Pallas Theatre, The Mikro Pallas and The Aliki, as well as the National Theatre of Greece
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF SANDWICH LINE
​We consulted with one of the major supermarket companies to research, produce and supervise the production of their sandwich line.
