RUNNING A CRUISE SHIP IN CHINAWe were hired as Hotel Consultants in China: The brief was to upgrade the cruise ship Hainan Empress to luxury status for VVIP guests. This involved hiring the crew, buying all the operating equipment, engaging a Michelin starred Chef together with his brigade, writing the menus and sourcing the best ingredients.
We remained on board to co-ordinate the cruises with the hotel manager and department heads. |
THE FOUGARO AT NAFPLION
We undertook the concept, implementation and running of the Fougaro Food and Beverage operation in Nafplion, Greece. Fougaro is a cultural centre with Café, Bar, Restaurant and Catering facilities, as an addition to the Cultural Centre activities. Opened in September 2012. |
