• Source the best ingredients
• Remain on board to coordinate the cruises with the hotel manager and department heads.

Project: la Chocolatière was asked to take part in the EU's TACIS* programme in regards to assessing the Crimean tourism sector more specifically:
• Propose a global strategy for its development and promotion
• Organise institutional tasks - between the public and private sector
• Devise specific strategic orientations related to the tourism marketing action
• Support to the reinforcement of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME)
• Identify and prioritize geographical areas
• Train employees from local hospitality industry venues in F&B service
