CAFETERIAS
We run cafeterias in schools and for companies.
Company policy is to use only fresh produce, and as far a possible cook on the spot. Breads are frozen and cooked in the individual kitchens.
It is not always possible to cook on the spot, in these cases we bring the food in freshly cooked on a daily basis at our central kitchen.
The menus at the schools are made on a monthly basis taking account the dietary needs of the children.
In companies with no kitchens we write a monthly menu in consultation with the companies' HR department.
Some contracts are only for sandwiches and in these cases the sandwiches are made fresh in the morning for lunch delivery - the fillings change constantly to avoid boredom.
We have found that although the food served in the cafeterias is important - of equal importance is the relationship of our staff to the company or school.
