la Chocolatiere opened in 1982 at the Athens Hilton selling chocolates - today we have evolved into a catering company.
In addition to the events we cater for; we run cafeterias in schools and universities as well as managing bars and outlets on behalf of others. We do consultancy building menus and creating recipes for small and large companies and restaurants.
The business is owned by Evi Psathidou and Tony Gabriel, but the key personnel such as the Operations Manager Guy Molla and Chef Anna Kerasiotis are the backbone of the operation.
We believe in the quality of raw ingredients, the creativity of the menus - recipes follow naturally.
Each project we take on is individual, we have no set menus - the menu is written for each client and is never repeated. For that reason, no party looks like another and each client is unique.
Although this applies mostly to the event side of the business, it also applies to the cafeterias and bars.
Our school staff have been known to receive flowers in appreciation from the families.
